The process is very straight forward but critical in helping attract and retain top level candidates. We are an extension of your management team. Frequent communication is critical to every aspect of the search process which includes:

Facilitate Client Interviews with Candidates

  • Select finalists to be interviewed
  • Provide coaching to the client on interviewing as needed

Conduct in-depth reference checks and background checks as appropriate

Select the Executive

  • Conduct finalist interviews
  • Ensure successful negotiation of the compensation package
